Success Your Way Has Big Goals for 2023

Here at Success Your Way, were big fans of setting goals and working hard to achieve them. Today we'll give you a peek into some broad goals we've set for 2023. But before we get to that, I want to be the person to tell you that your whole life doesn't have to be a series of metrics you constantly strive to meet. Growth takes effort, but we can't grow all year round. Even flora and fauna know that some seasons are slower than others. So, if 2023 feels like a growth year for you, welcome it with open arms. But if your intuition tells you to take your foot off the gas, it's time to listen.

In my family, we've chosen words for the year. My husband's word is hydrate. His one big goal is to drink more water. It sounds simple, but it will (and has already begun to) positively affect his health. My word for 2023 is light. It's a reminder to be lighthearted and joyful and not take myself so seriously. When I feel light, I can say yes to my kids more and recover more quickly from bad days. I sleep and eat better and dream bigger when I feel light. I also have professional, personal, and financial goals. But more than anything, I want to be light, and if my drive toward outward achievements starts to feel heavy, I will choose lightness.

I hope that gives you something to think about as you pursue your goals this year. Whether big or small, serious or silly (like the year my husband and I set out to eat more tacos), I hope, in 2023, your goals fill your heart with excitement. 

And, without further adieu, here are four of our big goals for the year.

1. Launch our first course.

We've been working for years on compiling some incredible business lessons into a 10-module online course. Toward the end of 2022, we got serious about making that course a reality and will launch it this year. 

2. Develop our second course

Now that we have one course under our belts, our minds are spinning with other great ideas. Our second course on personal and business finances is a top priority for 2023.

3. Grow a strong community

We believe in the power of healthy, supportive female relationships, and we want to be part of a movement that brings women in business together. We've already started pulling together a core group of world-changing women and plan to launch a fun and inspirational community group on Facebook this year.

4. Involve like-minded women in our brand.

There are four primary members of our team. We have a lot of varied experience, but we want to bring more voices to the table so you can see and hear from female entrepreneurs with expertise across the board.
